to assist its members in their career transitions.
- Monday
meetings feature
informative and interesting presentations on topics relevant to
business professionals in career transition.

leads are shared with all members via the “clothesline”
that displays them before and after the Monday meetings.
- Personal marketing
advertisements, or Mini-Resumes and
Resumes
that tout the professional background, skills and job interests
of members are mailed to hundreds of employers throughout the
area.
- Constructive feedback,
in the form of resume review and critique, offers fellow members ways
to strengthen their resumes.

Mock
interviews with observers allow the participant to sharpen
interviewing skills.
- Job-search and personal
counseling from professional volunteers help those between
jobs cope and plan more effectively.

resource
library houses job search material and publications for members.
- Informal groups hold
“brown bag” meetings at
various locations and times during the week. Organized along broad
professional categories, these brown bag groups
enable members of similar professions to gain additional opportunities for mutual support,
networking and resource sharing.
